 + -1 moreKen Considine charged what he quoted and performed the work as described. Quality work and great service. Everytime I had a question or issue he resolved it. The house was gutted so he had access to all areas and did very good work. Would recommend to anyone. And he is now my plumber.
Description of Work: Removal of old hot water heater and gas furnace. Installed high efficiency direct vent boiler with indirect hot water heater and a second electric HW heater. Installed sump pump and brought all pipe connections up to code with temperol fittings. Repaired leaks caused by freeze damage and installed gas line for stove.

Description of Work: Removed 35 year old gas boiler furnace and replaced with current Weil-McLain boiler. The new boiler and parts were delivered day before being installed. All installation work was done in one day by Mr. Considine himself. (12 hours) The old boiler and material were taken away the following day. Ken was conscientious in every aspect of this project. He was skillful and outstanding in seeing that every detail was completely taken care of. I admired his dedication to the task.

 + -1 moreHe does meticulous work, it's accurately estimated and he does whatever it takes to make the job complete. His work is always excellent. He's very easy to work with, a real pleasure. He always comes on time. We will unquestionably continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: He's worked on our furnace to all manner of plumbing repairs, water lines and including installation of a new bathroom. We have used him for at least 10 years.
