Original plantings went well. However, 5 to 7 of the plants didn't survive the first season. We agree that I would pay for the replacement plants, and Complete Designs would provide the labor. However, despite many, many requests for replacement, services were never provided. (I have copies of emails backing up my claim).

Like what I would imagine ideal plastic surgery would be (though I have no personal experience with that.) Susan and her crew gave everything a perfectly natural look - exactly what we were hoping for. She knows what she's doing and does it well. I recommend Complete Designs completely.

Our experience was positive from start to finish--we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Complete Designs LLC. We even will be calling them back soon about more work. The services Susan and her crew provided may seem straight-forward, but our property had been long neglected (probably over a decade) so it was a decent-sized undertaking in reality. During the first call and the onsite consultation, Susan took her time in understanding our needs and scope of the work. That effort in the beginning made for a smooth process right to the end. When it came to the job, Susan, the foreman, and crew were all hardworking and eager to please. Susan even followed up with me after completing the work to ensure the Complete Designs team had met our expectations--we were very pleased with the result. In short, Susan was prompt to responding by phone, email, and texts; professional and friendly in each exchange; attentive to our questions and forthcoming with information; and most importantly punctual and honored her commitment.

Susan has been taking care of our landscaping needs for over a year now and we couldn't be more pleased. She's dependable and the results of her work are always excellent. She has done many jobs for us including a difficult removal of bamboo. Susan Haynes comes highly recommended.

Susan who owns Complete Designs is a wonderful person! I knew right away when I met her that she really knows plants well. If she is working with plants she's not familiar with, she researches them and finds out how to plant and care for them. This company is definitely not the cheapest, but you are paying for quality. When you spend over $6000 on plants, you want someone who knows what they are doing to install them. She and her army of installers came to my house and quickly transformed my front yard into a garden of eden! They are very polite and friendly. Susan spent extra time explaining how I should care for my plants. I'm a novice with plants, so this was very helpful. Many of my neighbors have been commenting on how beautiful the yard looks and asking about the company I used. I have another small garden bed that will need to be redone and I will be using Complete Designs for the work. Another bonus is that they are actually licensed and insured. I interviewed at least 6 companies and only one other was licensed. Call them!!

Initial contact was made in early April . I wanted to use her design skills as well as contract her to do the work once a plan was established. She came out and I met her in person . She seemed nice and she seemed to understand what I was trying to accomplish. I advised her that I had time constraints she said she would be able to work with . I found her not be very prompt and not very good and following up but I was impressed with her resume'. i mailed a check for $150 as per our email discussion expecting a landscape plan to be followed up with an estimate for her work. I reached out to her for over a week with no response. She gave no good reason but stated that she would not be able to complete the work I had contracted her for and that she was mailing back the check. She wasted my time . I am very disappointed. Now I am left finding someone to do this project last minute as it need to be completed by June 21, 2015.

The owner of Complete Designs, Susan Haynes, was informative, professional, and made us feel very comfortable with the evaluation she provided for our landscaping needs. As it turned out we've decided not to go ahead with the work, at this time, but would definitely consider her company for our future landscaping needs.

Susan and her crew have been taking care of my landscaping for the past few months. Susan is very knowledgable and enthusiastic and her crew does a great job. She is able to work within my budget and the lines of communication are always open. I would definitely recommend their services!

Susan showed up early and was very pleasant and enthusiastic. She offered numerous helpful suggestions about dealing with our out-of-control backyard. Susan explained, however, that due to the weather, we would need to wait until September to make certain changes. We therefore decided to wait until later in the year to make any hiring decisions, but her company is at the top of our list.

We are very pleased with our garden. It is slightly smaller and not so overwhelming. The other spots in our yard have been tended to as well and the flowers that were planted looked beautiful this spring, specifically the daffodils and the tulips, which incidentally was all we planted. Because this in an ongoing process we have continued to keep in touch with Susan and she has offered more suggestions for this coming season.

Susan, unlike others I had interviewed, came with a positive attitude and good ideas. Our yard was in pretty bad shape and other landscapers did not want to take the job. She evaluate the job and came back with a reasonable price and date to do the work. She and her team did the work on time and on budget. Could not be happier.

Susan and her crew were extremely professional. They showed up on time and spent about 4 hours working on my lawn. I'm very happy with the result, and would definitely use Susan's company again in the future.

Susan Haynes, the owner of the firm, was a delight to work with. She listened to my ideas and requirements while allowing my creativity to blossom as she guided my choices with her vast professional knowledge and expertise. She custom designed the flower bed using innovative technology which made the design process more interactive and personal. She worked with me to formulate my requirements and provided me with workable ideas that optimized my space. She also addressed and helped me to figure out some of the most common troubling landscaping dilemmas such as shade/sun issues and low-maintenance and deer-proof selections of plants while still incorporating color. Susan provided an itemized quote and worked with me to stay within budget. Additionally, she kept all her promises and showed excellent judgment in her decision-making process throughout the project. The work was done in an orderly and systematic way; the area was completely cleaned up of any debris; and the completed job exceeded expectations. Susan has turned my vision into a reality and the start of my own personal outdoor floral oasis with amazing colors, awesome blossoms and tantalizing textures. Complete Designs has made me a loyal customer.

When I was given a proposal from Susan the owner, I felt her passion and was pleasantly surprised when she delivered what was promised and then some!

We have had Complete Designs for 3 years. They created a beautiful garden, maintained it meticulously and also were there for us when we were hit with a tropical storm in Aug 2011.

They started about 2 weeks after I met with Susan - as soon as the plants were available. I had a very good experience with the crew: The same men came each of the 3 days. Susan was there each day for some time - There was NO MESS at all. I really like that. I did not feel like I was in a war zone - at the end of each day, everything was neat and clean - driveway washed off, steps swept, leaves and debris blown and cleaned. That is a really big plus. The price was more than other companies I spoke with. I got nice plants, exactly the varieties I chose with no effort to sell me something easier for them to find. There was a contract. I was asked for a 50% deposit for plants. I paid the remainder at the end of the job. I have a guarantee on my shrubs for 1 year. Perennials are not guaranteed which is customary. I am very satisfied with my experience. The garden looks great now - hardly any weeds, edges still nice, and shrubs grown in very nicely. Still blooming.
