We've been using them for 17 years, and during that whole time I believe we've had the same driver, Johan. He is a real gem, such a nice guy, one of my very favorite regular contractors I deal with. Hope he keeps on this route as long as we're here! (Hope I didn't just jinx that) My only complaints are relatively minor: When Johan is on vacation the replacement drivers have difficulty. They either can't find the address (not hard) or are late or don't come at all, requiring me to call up sometimes. The only other issue is that they stopped taking xmas trees a few years back, so I now have to chuck them in my backyard.

They arrived at our home and dropped off the dumpster. I setup a pick up appointment and called to change it. The message never was relayed and they arrived the day that I orignally scheduled pick up. I had to send them away and scheduled for two days later. Again they came the next day and did not get the relayed message of my rescheduled appointment. We were not ready since it was too early in the morning. It seemed like their internal communication was not as smooth as it should be. I orginally contracted with Darin Disposal, but I believe they sub contracted with this company. I don't know exactly who was at fault since we originally were wer Darin.

They delivered it on time, and picked it up when they said they would.

My son-in-law got City Carting for us. We were part of the hurricane that went through. It was really hard to get a hold of because so many people have them right now. We were flooded in our basement with 4 feet of water and so were all of our neighbors, so everything from every household has been removed and put in a dumpster. Everything went well. They backed into the driveway and dropped it off. They didn't come the day they were supposed to because they were so backed up, but they did let us know. They were here at like 7:30 in the morning. I would absolutely use them in the future, but I hope not.

They overcharge for up to 4 tons and if you go over, it's about $90 per ton. It's really a rip-off. This is my third dumpster and I've sent them close to $3,000. I've done a tonof research and this is just what they cost. They do bring the dumpster in a timely manner. They are good but the price is too much. So I would grudgingly use them in the future.
