+ -1 moreThey were punctual. The price quoted me over the phone was less than what it cost when the locksmith came. He explained that I needed more expensive lock sets due to the configuration of my doors, etc. This may be true but I wish the person on the phone would have given me a range of prices.
Description of Work: Changed all the locks on doors in my new house.

+ -1 moreThe workman arrived on the wrong day. I had to call again to reschedule for the correct day. They installed the locks without offering us any price options and only gave us 2 keys. I was blown away by the price. The same product sells at Home Depot for $46 each and Champion charged us $175 each. That's some hefty labor charge for 10 minutes of work! My own fault for not kicking him out before doing the work, but I had to get the locks replaced. I will never use them again -- they're a rip-off.
Description of Work: Changed the cylinders on locks in 2 doors. It took about 10 minutes

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FINE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF HAD TO. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO BE THAT HIGH, BUT AT 9PM AT NIGHT WHAT CHOICE DO YOU HAVE. THEY COME ON TIME. I HAD TO WAIT NO MORE THAN 20 MINUTES. THE GUY WAS FINE. ALL I HAD WAS A DOLLAR AND A CUP OF COFFEE.
Description of Work: I WAS LOCKED OUT OF HOUSE.
