+ -1 moreMatt was very cooperative and understood the urgency of the situation, We were not known clients, I found him on Angies list. All the other plummers we tired weren't responsive. We were traveling from out of state and it went so smooth and quickly. In addition to the value he offered to do a quick run of the heat and plumbing to make sure there wasn't anything else that needed work, to avoid another trip which he knew was hard for me.

+ -1 moreHe responded to the message I left on his machine that evening and was able to come my home the following afternoon. He did call to tell me he was going to be a bit late, but did show up within 30 minutes of the originally scheduled time. He worked very efficiently and was able to obtain a quality replacement part and complete the whole job within about an hour. He even fixed a leaky toilet he heard while he was working on the sink. The whole job including parts was under $400. I am very happy with it.

+ 0 moreWe were moving into a condo from our home and needed the work Mat did to be done before the painters and floor people could begin their work. As we were putting our house on the market we were interested in having the work done in a timely manner, Mat said he would take care of it and he did. Before we retired, and were working, Mat always worked us in considering our work schedule, a very appreciated aspect with a busy schedule.
Description of Work: Completely gutted and put in new Master Bath room. Gave guidance along the way choosing tile, fixtures, faucets, vanities, etc. The results are beautiful and using some of Mat's professional advice we had not considered before was definitely the best way to go. In addition to the Master Bath, Mat also retiled and installed new vanities, faucets,tile in the guest bathroom with equal lovely results. Mat has provided plumbing services for us for over 20 years and each time his work (including installation of water heaters, repairs of leaking pipes, repair of circulators on gas boiler and installation of new natural gas boiler, hooking up dishwashers and other appliances, etc.) has been excellent. If things are in need of small futher adjustments, Mat always returns quickly and in a timely manner to repair, or just "tweek" a recent installation. Although over the last 20 years we have found 99.9% of his work does not require a "tweek" upon installation or repair. He always stands behind his work, and we have recommended him to new neighbors with equal good results.

I called the company and he called back the same day. The work was scheduled immediately. He took care of both jobs quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after he was finished. The company is owner-operated. The person you talk to is the same person who does the work. I will definitely use C.R. Keane Plumbing for all plumbing work in the future, and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: 1) Kitchen faucet was cracked and had to be replaced.2) Toilet was running non-stop, and the mechanism inside the tank had to be replaced. Price included labor and all parts - including the new Kohler faucet.

+ 0 moreI have used CR Keane multiple times over many years in a home I used to own, and even more recently in the home in which I currently live. I can state without any reservations that Matt is extremely capable, very professional, very reasonable and totally responsive. I would not hesitate to call him for any plumbing problem - large or small. The last time I called, the problem turned out not to be related to plumbing - but he had come out and done a full inspection of the problem - and did not charge anything for his time!
Description of Work: This particular job involved ripping out a stall shower - replacing the pan - and then replacing tile, doors, etc. The tile work was contracted to someone else - but under CR Keane's supervision - I don't even know who did that part of the work. I am so confident in CR Keane, that I completely trust them to ensure that whoever they bring in will be up to their standards. Matt did a great job with every step of this work - as he has repeatedly anytime I have called him for any type of plumbing problem.

He pulled the whole project together in a timely manner and was always on top of what needed to be done next. Everyone he brought in was prompt, courteous, and professional. I love the results and would definitely use him again.
