Andy's Cleaning Service

They started doing a very good job, cleaning everything very well, and were very accommodating with my need to have them come on Saturdays. Earlier this year, service started to decline. Things were not as clean as usual. I would find scuffs in my walls, chips in my furniture, etc. Signs of a job not done with enough care. Finally they started arriving later than the scheduled date without even calling to advise they would be late until I decided to part ways with them. Andy's team can do a very good job but only when they want to. They apparently stopped wanting to do a good job at my house.

they clean my house every other week. Overall they do a good job. A crew of 3 cleaners come and clean the entire house. It takes them about 3 hours to clean the house -- approx. 3000 square feet. Sometimes they miss things and occasionally break or damage things around the house. They never let you know if they break something which is a bit annoying. Also they fo not come at the same time every week, whicheck is also a bit annoying if you are trying to plan something.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The ceiling looks great. He left the area immaculate. Our dogs loved him.

This cleaning service was referred to me by my neighbor. They have been cleaning my house for the past two years, since we first moved in. Their service has been inconsistent, sometimes they do a great job and sometimes they don't do everything they are supposed to do. The last time they came to clean they were 45 minutes late and did not call to let us know they would be late. We told Andy, the owner of the business, that she should have called to let us know that they would be late and expressed our displeasure at not knowing whether or not they would show up. She got upset at the reprimand, but seemed to move on. They usually spend over 2.5 hours cleaning the house, and this time they spent half that time, and did not do everything they were supposed to (they seemed like they were rushing through the job just to get out of there). It's holiday time, so in addition to her normal fee for service, I gave her an additional card with a holiday bonus. She took the card and said thank you. Soon after that she and her crew were packed up and, upon leaving the house, she left the card with the bonus inside it on my hall table without saying a word. I had no choice but to call later in the day and tell her that her services were no longer required. Although their service was mildly inconsistent, they still did a decent job of cleaning the house, and had done so for the past two years. I write this review based mostly on the unprofessional way that Andy handled herself the last time I saw her. I was very offended by the way she left my home and the fact that she left the card with the bonus (which was for her staff as well as herself) shows that she is not a professional business owner, quite the contrary. I would not recommend this cleaning service in any way.

Andy and her two colleagues arrived on time. I explained the program with emphasis on the walls and scuff marks. On return abt 2.5 hrs later the house was nice and clean. The walls were amazing. Her and here team did a great job. I will hire them again.

It went exceptionally well. Very professional, extremely hard workers who do a fantastic job! Although a little pricey, there were 3 hard workers, who worked quickly. We definitely got our money's worth. Will hire again. Thank you Andy!!!

I used them for about a year and they were good and thorough. However once in a while they would break something. The last time they did it I stopped using them because they broke a door to one of our closets. No one told me they broke it; I had to find myself that they broke it. I had to call them to let them know it was broken; it was a big ordeal. We went back and forth and they told me it was not broken so I had to tell them that it was. They were supposed to have somebody come out to replace it but they never called me to schedule that so I ended up having to take care of it myself. I informed them that I was not going to use them in the future. I was not at home when they were in my house cleaning but I am pretty sure that each time someone would drink our coffee because there was always a dirty coffee mug left out; but I don't really know.

My Dad contacted Andy (and some other companies) to inquire about having them clean his house, on a regular basis. Andy gave him a ballpark estimate over the phone, but said she would like to see his home to give a more accurate estimate. My Dad thought that was great, as another company had given him what my Dad thought was a high estimate, and claimed they didn't need to actually see the house. Andy came by was thrilled with how extensive their cleaning job was and could not have been happier. He felt the price charged was very fair and is now a regular customer.

They do a great job cleaning! They finish my entire apartment in about an hour and leave it spotless!

I have been using them and I am very happy with them. I think they tend to know what they are doing as the first people who came before them were not good. I guess am more comfortable with Andy's as they know which product to use and how to use them. Their prices are high but they do a good job and are professional. They had to change the time of appointment and they called to inform the same, so they are punctual. I will continue to use them as they come in every other week.

They are reliable. They have been working for me for ten years. They come when they are supposed to. They do a really good job of cleaning. If I have anything special I need done, I ask them, and they'll do it.
