+ -1 moreAl was responsive when first contacted, came by to measure and provided a very reasonable quote at no charge. Did not try to upsell to more expensive product or applied other pressure tactics. Took time to answer all questions and suggested different solutions for some windows (basement, doors). Took about 3 weeks for the blinds to come in and installed promptly at a convenient time. You would do well having some idea of what blinds you want because he doesn't have a store with all the different options on display.
