Description of Work: A/C compressor unit fan was not working. Technician replaced bad capacitor. Only thing I didn't like was that they charged not only $129 for diagnosis but also very high capacitor replacement charge $220. Same capacitor is available at Amazon for $20. They could have considered at least using diagnosis charges as part of $220 capacitor replacement charges (and not $129+$220). Diagnosis charge is fine if I don't go ahead with fixing the issue. But if I go ahead with fixing, replacement charge shouldn't be that high.

Description of Work: Gas furnace repair. Came three times,ordered parts which took 3 weeks to arrive, issue never resolved. Finally called CNG, they came for free and resolved the problem.

On this most recent service call, my scheduled time was between 8 and 10 AM. They arrived at 8:05 AM. The service person was very courteous. What I like is that they slip on shoe covers at the front door. This particular person had been on the installation team 4 years ago, not only did he remember me, but also knew the house layout, the unit and so on. He was finished in less than an hour. Gave a thorough explanation of what he had done and left a receipt noting what had been serviced.
Description of Work: This was my one of my two service calls (one spring and one fall) that are paid for as part of my service contract with Air Solutions. I have had a service contract with Air Solutions every since they installed the Furnace and Air conditioner in 2006. The installation was a great success and I have stayed loyally with them every since. Some might say they are a tad expensive, but they are worth every penny.

They came out promptly and did a fine job. I had them come out special on a Saturday late afternoon or something. He was very good.

If the person in sales doesn't care enough to get a quote to a customer, what kind of service can you expect when your equipment fails?
