not well. After being a long time customer, owner Bob can became unhinged, very rude and disrespectful, completely unprofessional. Relatively cheap, but you get the professionalism you pay for. Avoid at all costs

owner was a snotty jerk. completely unprofessional and unresponsive to request for additional services. the weekly pool service is not bad, but anything beyond that, steer clear.

Bob has been servicing our pool needs for seven years now. He also did a full pool renovation for us. Bob is very responsive when he truly needs to be. Has done repair work on our pool prior to parties and events that would not have gone as well if he wasn't around and available on weekends.

The job went on well. They are responsive and moderately priced. But earlier, I called them to fix the problems with the pool cover. All they did was to remove a piece of stone to fix it and demanded 250$ for that. I didn't pay and even got into an argument for that and never called them again. But right now the problem still exists and the pool cover got worse over the years. I later called them again to fix it and they have come over 4 times. The track issue is solved but the problem with the cover still exists. They are due to come today to identify the problem and to tell me how much it is going to cost to fix it.
