+ -1 moreI highly recommend Gary Hutchinson's Accurate Air Technologies. One can be sure that whatever Gary does, he will do it right. He is very safety-conscious. Gary has noticed small things that saved me from expensive future repairs (e.g., a crimp in the AC line that could have cause premature failure, a previous contractor's use of the wrong kind of joint compound that could have failed and caused a gas leak). Gary tries to meet all of his customers' needs during sudden heat waves. I once asked him to help a neighbor whose AC stopped working while her home was on the market. Her large service company was too busy. Gary called her and asked her to check a switch in her stairwell. A real estate agent had turned off the wrong switch. The problem was solved for free without waiting.
Description of Work: Most recently, Gary Hutchinson installed a 10-year gas water heater. I have used Gary's services for approximately 20 years, to install an air conditioner, and to maintain my water heater and heating and air conditioning systems.

+ -1 moreHe's been working with us for a long time. They believe that an appliance should work for a long time. The man was very professional and friendly. He's never made a mess but I'm sure he would clean up after himself.
Description of Work: They came and installed the outside air conditioner. He replaced the battery for the carbon monoxide and gas detector.
