Great experience all around. Patric was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with plenty of information and answers to our questions. Kathie was also very responsive in our email communications. It took a while for the project to start but I chalk that up to a busy summer and weather conditions. But the patio turned out amazing! Our only minor recommendation to PGS would be in the follow-up. After the project was completed we didn't hear back from them to make sure we were satisfied with the job, even after I sent an email stating that we were happy with the work. Again though this was very minor, as overall it was a great experience working with PGS. Would recommend.

Working with PGS was a great experience. Patric is very knowledgeable. He went over all of the procedures and materials he would be using to install my stamp concrete patio. I asked a lot of questions and he was willing to listen to my concerns and take time to answer them. I am. The project initially had a serious defect in the material used. Patric with our approval attempted to correct it, but with minimal success. He then agreed to redo the project at no additional cost to us. The redo resulted in an excellent outcome. Patric went above and beyond what ( in our experience) many contractors would have done. We are pleased with the final project results and with the company's commitment to client satisfaction. They stand by their work and their word.

Once again, Patric and his crew did outstanding work for us, install a beautiful stamped concrete patio. Start to finish 4 days. Second project we have hired him for, surpassed our expectations once again. Great job, Patric. Would recommend this company to everyone. (5 plus stars !!!)

Patric was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He is a part of the ENTIRE process. He worked with us and helped us make good choices in keeping with our home. His crew worked very hard and they were very personable and polite. The turnaround time was EXCELLENT and he responded quickly to any questions. We hired him because he was on site doing the work, he has an engineering background and because his patio process exceeds the industry standards. We will get lots of use out of our patio and it will increase the value of our home so it was worth the investment.

Patric may have had a crew in training - Patric's foreman seemed to have the project down pat. Other workers seemed to be micromanaged. Incorrectly calculated amount of COLORED cement needed - finished job with a corner of the patio "off color" and "unsloped" leaving an area that forms a good sized puddle after each rain.

Patric and his crew did a great job. The patio is awesome!!! Patric was very professional and answered all questions thoroughly. The patio came out looking even better than I expected. I would recommend him to anyone. I know that if I ever need any concrete work done in the future I would not call anyone else but Patric Jamo. After interviewing other contractors, I was fortunate to find Home Advisor, who referred me to PGS Concrete Designs. Patric, owner, was the most professional, a great listener who helped me focus in on how to design the project to satisfy all my needs and ideas. He is easy to understand, not condescending, and a real pleasure to work with. He transformed my badly damaged property after Super Storm Sandy into a real work of art. In the future, I will still do my research with neighbors, the internet, Better Business Bureau, and then I will call Home Advisor.
