+ -1 moreHe seems to be like a very honest and genuine person. I gave him two properties to bid on, and he just bid on one. The other one was not quite effective for us to choose him because his pricing would be something that we wouldn?t like it at. I found that interesting. He knew exactly that we were looking for an expensive bid and he wanted to be competitive enough. When I deal with new vendors, I do give them a vendor qualification form. It?s for three terms. When you?re dealing with them for the first time you don?t know how their work is going to be. They are easy to work with and they are responsive. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I got a bid from Palazzo Associates for landscaping. They came out this morning. We ordered the landscape maintenance agreement. I still have to draw up the contract and it won’t be effective till April 1st.
