 + 0 moreAbsolutely horrible experience working with this contractor. He seemed too good to be true. Lots of promises but the relationship quickly soured over money and delays. He could not or would not provide a consistent and accurate accounting of costs, fee and changes. We terminated him. He and several of his sub-contractors placed liens on my property. We ended up in court. In my opinion, this is not the experience one should have to go through when remodeling or building a new home.
Description of Work: Contracted with him for new home construction.

 + -1 moreWe had to terminate him when the project was between 65% and 70% complete because he would not provide us with full and timely accounting of the project. It ended in litigation.
Description of Work: He was hired to build a new home.
