I took advantage of CT Rebate and Fed Tax Credit and purchased an efficient, 1st model year, high tech system from Carrier. After install there were some minor issues with unit as first year products have. Ryan expedited service of unit and had it operational. And itâ s been running flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend using them and Iâ ve been in the service business for 30+ years and know both good and badâ ¦ they are good! *Side note: Ct rebate program not that good. From what I hear people are not getting appropriate amounts due back to them.. that includes me. You have to keep after them. This is in no way a reflection of Kellyâ s Heating and Cooling"

"Recently, during the cold spell, our boiler began acting up, turning on intermittently with just a little nudge each day. After reaching out to several companies for estimates, we chose M&R to replace our 50-year-old boiler. Tom was the first to arrive to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, M&R was responsive and punctual with their appointments. The team handling the installation consisted of Dex, Jake, Josh, and Tony. They were professional, respectful of our property, and made sure to clean up the area around the boiler. The installation was completed in one day. "HARP was hired to replace our central AC system with Heat Pumps. The job was never complete, once they rigged the new equipment to get the AC only (no heat) working they scheduled follow up visits which eventually resulted in a no show/no call. After attempting to reschedule further, this is a frustrating process which entails a cycle of waiting on hold only to be transferred to wait on hold again, the work was never completed. It seemed as if none of their techs actually knew how to install this equipment, upon inspection of their work we decided to have it looked at by a 3rd party. Sure enough the equipment was installed incorrectly. At this point we no longer felt safe having further work done by HARP and had another company complete the install. Rather than working with us on the price HARP chose to forge our signature and submit it to the financing company, no invoice was ever received, nor was any warranty paperwork. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, I would urge you to choose a different HVAC contractor."
