Description of Work: This was insulating a huge barn loft on extremely hot days. Because they have to use Tyvex suites and respirators when spraying it was intensely uncomfortable. At all times they were polite and considerate of pets and people. They isolated the work area with plastic shield that prevented odor (but it still does smell a bit for maybe 24 hours) from entering the living portion of the barn . They arrived and finished on time. I considered it such a heroic effort that I tipped the workers very well. My only criticism was that they didn't clean up after, to an "A" rating, probably an A-/ B+, no biggy though, and there was some overspray on the framing that I will have to scrape off in order to sheet rock. But to balance that off they had to take down a heavy ceiling fan and move other things that they were not contracted to have to do, and a lot of the work was 20 feet high (just where the most heat is!). It already has demonstrated that it soundproofs the huge room and even with sun beating down on the roof it remains quite cool until the sun streams in through the large window we installed. I haven't cooled or heated the room so I don't know how effective the product is when I introduce those elements. I am quite sure it will be very effective and it was actually less expensive than traditional fiberglass insulation from big box.

+ 0 moreI'm in the middle of a complete home remodel. New Roof, Windows, Siding and expanding my master bedroom. The crew from Spray-Tech (I wish I could remember the main techs name he was awesome!) they worked around a 6 other guys replacing my windows and siding. They Came in did their Job and explained some minor issues that came up specific to my situation. I had an un finished wall they needed to spray. I managed to get the wall finished as they were here and everything was smooth. These guys even said they would come back if needed.How awesome is that. I have to say I love the product tripolymer which is what they injected into my walls. There aren't high enough ratings for these guys! I rate the a 20 on a 10 scale! MJThey

+ -1 moreThe house is definitely warmer. They were very courteous. They made a bit of mess when they removed the outer wooden cladding to spray foam insulation into the gaps in the wall. They made sure that all the vents were proper which was important.

+ -1 moreThey did a fantastic job with both the work and the cleanup. Their service was awesome. Ron is one of the owners, and he was the liaison for everything. He was very professional, very punctual, and very caring. He was everything that a business owner should be. His workers were very respectful. Usually, I get a group of contractors together and they start yelling or swearing or whatever. These guys were just awesome. The whole episode was a class act. Their price was a little higher in comparison to other quotes, but we wanted to pay for the quality service and quality job.
Description of Work: I just used Spray-Tech yesterday. They insulated the exterior walls of a 1924 colonial home that had no insulation at all with Tripolymer injected foam.
