This experience was terrific. From the initial contact with Mike Dominique, the owner, who came out to measure the yard to the final panel being installed, Rustic Fence was what everyone wants in a commercial business they are hiring to do a job. The quote arrived within two days; we even made some adjustrments on pricing, and the company took care of contacting the utility companies who came out to make sure the area was safe for digging. As the homeowner, I didn't have to do a thing to prepare for the installation. When the job was complete, Miuke called to make sure I was swatrisfied, and even more importantly, asked if my wife Barbara was satisfied. (After all, since I am retired and she still works, Barbara is the primary breadwinner and the lady of the house who was looking forward to not only having a product that would be lovely, but cost effective.)

My fence had been destroyed, and they provided a reasonable quote within a day of my request. Once approved, they completed the job within a very short time. The fence looks great, and they were very professional and easy to work with.

I had a great experience with them, Mike always helped me either with the project layout or with the several quotes that I requested. He has a very competitive price and the quality is the best in the market. The fence was professionally installed on the date that we agreed and they did a terrific job. Not only installed, but also cleaned everything and the results couldn't be better.

From start to finish this company was hands above the rest ! Thank you the entire team for coming together to help us afford our dream fence at a price that was well below the rest. As my husband keeps a busy schedule they were able to mail us all the documentation for in house financing so we did not have to run around. Paperwork was laid out professionally, accurately and made this process a breeze. We were made aware of their lead time up front and did not mind the extra week compared to others as a great company like this should be busy ! Installation was smooth, the crew was professional and above all NEAT. We felt as though they treated our property as their own ! Thank you again for a beautiful fence and a process that left us with a smile !

Did not hire the company for the work.

We heard about the company through a close friend who had had a fence installed by them, and was thrilled with their work. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual and professional. We had a challenging installation with the pool having a natural rock wall behind it so the fence had to go up a hill and then back down the hill on the other side of the house. He came up with creative suggestions and his price was 30 - 50% less than his competitors. Mike was familiar with pool codes and we had no trouble receiving approval from the town when inspected. The workers were polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. When issues arose with the latches on two of the gates after the winter (settling) Mike responded immediately. We are currently modifying the terraced walls inside the fence and called Mike to come give us a quote to add an additional gate installed and he came out the same day.

Clarence from Southington Rustic Fence came to my house to give me a quote the day after I called him. The quote was ~$200 lower than a competing quote that I received. The work was done within 2-3 weeks after I gave them the job. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

THE FENCE IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE INSTALLATION WAS TERRIBLE. THEY BROKE A LINE GOING TO THE POOL AND THE FENCE WEAVED. THEY DID NOT COMPLETELY FINISH PUTTING THE FENCE UP. THEY DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
