Company was able to send a tech right out. Very nice experienced technician that was able to identify and correct the problem with all the parts and tools to correct it promptly.

Showed up on time. Focused on repairing the unit. Kept me informed. Didn t try to hard sell me on replacing the unit, which I appreciated. I am planning on replacing next year and based on this experience, I ll be calling Select.

Fixed a water leak issue with my furnace that A(nother) company couldn't fix after MANY visits. So happy with the quality of their service, their professionalism, and their price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A plus for sure. They were very responsive on short notice. My only real issue was that I think I was overcharged. Had to get parts over the weekend and they told us a price but it did not include express shipping and also the hours worked seemed not to add up. So over all I paid $150 more than planned. I will say my technician was good. Unfortunately he spent so much time in van waiting for his boss to call him back that I felt I should not have to pay for that time.

Fast and excellent service. The service tech was courteous, explained what he did and the issue with my furnace was resolved. The charge was slightly more than expected but well worth the price. Very happy customer and I will use them again!

had another company out to check a/c said problem in electric panel box,hire a electrician.tech checked air handleler in attic for 5 + minutes came down said everything ok up there new tech from select ask what was going on told him what other company said,went up in attic checked power was on, then took off panels and within 3 minutes found problem in air handler ,made proper repairs and a/c working like ti should

Steve was really helpful and professional and explained what he was doing and took care of several extra items to make sure things were working correctly. So pleased with their service!
