Hank fixed the problem in less than an hour, replacing worn out parts and getting things to work together. He was friendly, efficient and professional. He also filled in the gaps in our knowledge - manufacturer, date and what to do in emergencies. We are highly satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone.

Very well. Susan gave me an accurate estimate and remained accessible throughout the process of lining up the work, scheduling, etc. She was pleasant and professional. Here husband arrived early in the morning (as promised) to do the work and was nearly finished when I arrived at 9:30a.m. The doors look great; per Susan's recommendation, I primed and painted the inside panels as well as the outside. Her husband gave me some good tips on how to maintain the doors and also installed locks on the doors at no additional charge.

The estimator came out and she was very professional, knew her stuff, impressed me. Work was done a short time later and I have been pleased. The only thing I didn't get was a follow up call to see how the job went.

Went great!! Mike called me the same day I emailed him about the issue. We used Mike's company back in May of 2013 for replacement of some gutters through a deal on Angie's List and we used his services again, highly recommended!!!

It went very well. They were fitting me in among a large number of service calls and charged me a very reasonable rate since the service required was minor.

The technician was wonderful - quick installation of the new motor and button, cleaned up very well after the job was complete. He then tightened the tracks and inspected for any wear. He pointed out 2 obvious concerns (cracked hinge and broken roller), and fixed them immediately. Also explained the easiest way to maintain the new machine and the older springs. I'd happily recommend them! The door assembly now works more smoothly than it has since I moved in, 12 years ago.

They arrived at the set time and told us that our problem may be very easy to fix without the expense of new garage doors. We appreciated their honesty.

They fixed it. It didn't cost me a lot of money. They are prompt, honest, and reliable. I have had multiple interactions with them over the years. I think they are excellent. I have dealt with them for 30 years. I would absolutely use them again without reservation. I would also have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Perfect! Hank arrived on time to do the estimate, gave us a good price, and said we'd be contacted for installation. Doors were ordered immediately and we soon rec'd a call to arrange installation. The installer came on time, was efficient, cleaned up after himself, showed us maintenance procedures, and was quickly on his way. This was a wonderful experience and we would recommend them highly.

It's now been three weeks and no contact. In the intervening time a troublesome door has become an inoperative door and I can wait no longer. I'm especially disappointed because I've used them in the past and was satisfied with their service. I've now moved on to another company.

The overall experience was fine, they were great. They showed up on time to do the work. I would hire them again and I would also recommend them to others.

Initial visit with Wood and Wood (on a Saturday) was positive. Small, family-run business. The inspection of the garage (measurements and written estimate) was also positive. The door is very attractive and seems to be adequately constructed. After closely inspecting the door, however, I noticed that the bottom half of the metal ring around the door lock/latch was missing (i.e., had cracked and fallen off). While this is largely a cosmetic issue, it's nevertheless not something you want to see after spending $1,000 on a garage door. Clean-up of the area afterwards by the installer was definitely done in haste. I found screws and other hardware items all over the garage floor. We've had the door for five months, and while I still think the door itself is adequately constructed, the weather stripping that was installed is already beginning to fall apart. So overall I'm a little disappointed with the product and the installation.

Took my call on day one and called back the next day to set up an appointment. Appointment was scheduled within a week. They came out on time, fixed the problem and left no mess. With the price being under $100 for a service call, I was pleased and would use them again.

Excellent experience, starting with the initial phone call. The gal on the other end knew absolutely that their guys could fix my doors without replacing them. I told her I needed to replace the door and she said, let me give my guys a shot. They installed those doors 12 years ago and now made them like new all over again. Great job!
