It was a horrible expirience!!!!!

Went above and beyond just cleaning my dryer vent... Found the root of my problem as to why my dryer wasn't drying properly - a disconnected pipe. Would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again!

Kevin and his team were outstanding in power washing my house and roof of shed. They exceeded my expectations. They are scheduled 7/6 to start a complete floors and railing with staining of 2 decks. Looking forward to the new decks.

Work will not commence until September but I'm very excited to see how this comes out!

Kevin and his team are outstanding! Kevin promptly replied to my inquiry and provided a quote. They made my 20+ year old deck look fantastic replacing some areas as needed, power washing and re-staining it all. They also power washed my house which has 50 year old aluminum siding. It hasn't looked so good in many years. The crew is respectful and trustworthy - something very important to me. And the price was very competitive. I am a fussy customer and I highly recommend PALS!

Kevin did a complete deck restoration on my cedar deck; he replaced the complete floor, broken railings, and sanded and stained the deck. He also cleaned my gutters and replaced the drainage pipe. I love my new deck and highly recommend his services.

Kevin and his crew did a great job. We had to delay due to weather but boy when they started I had my new deck in 2 days. Area was kept neat and when done, all was back in place. Kevin was timely with his estimate, it was very reasonable, worked around some of my family challenges and all around it was a great experience and I LOVE my new deck!!

I was the executor for uncle's estate and I needed snow removed quickly from his house in Bristol so a realtor could show the property. Kevin called me back quickly and removed the snow the same day!

Kevin came the same day I called for an estimate for snow blowing for my home and on behalf of my neighbor. The price was very reasonable, and Kevin's work following the two snowstorms we've had is excellent. I will be contacting Kevin for some additional work in the spring on my roof and deck.

Great job, thanks for being the only contractor that came to my home in person to quote the job! Kevin and his worker are the kind of professionals I admire. On time, courteous, personable, reasonably priced, experienced and most importantly trustworthy. He took time to explain things to me and I appreciate his attitude and advice. Kevin listens! I thought my roof was black; but after the cleaning I see it is grey, although I will wait a little while to be sure because the substance will continue removing the mold and lichens that were growing abundantly on the front side of my roof. As a generous bonus, Kevin cleaned the side of the house that had residue from the washing. I enjoyed having Pal's Power Washing do this project for me. His cleaning one side provided me with the opportunity to see how power washing the siding would spiff up the appearance of my new (to me) ranch. I have a deck that needs restoring and I am planning to hire Kevin in the spring.

Kevin was great to work with, very responsive and customer oriented. Deck was repaired, cleaned and I will call them again when it needs maintainance again.

I hired Kevin to repair my pool deck. He was able to come out right before the holiday weekend and was able to quickly repair my deck and it looks great. He is very professional and very reasonable with his prices. Other contractors were quoting me double for the repairs. I would highly recommend.

They performed miracles on both my roof and back patio. The green algae which had turned my grey shingled roof to olive was removed - they even removed the algae from a very hard to reach area on my vinyl siding. The flat rubber roofing on my balconies was also treated and the white railings which surround them no longer have mold or algae. The patio was a last minute request which they graciously tackled. It now looks like I just recently had it put in, it looks that bright. The pavers had dulled and darken over the past 6 years but they managed to scrub the dirt and grime off and seal the pavers and now my yard looks bright and clean. I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending Pals Power washing for exterior work. They showed up promptly at 9:00 am and worked through the eary afternoon to complete the work. Their prices are extremely competitive. The one thng I especially like about their service is that they did an on-site visit to assess the work needed to be done. They didn't just go on line to get the size of my home and provide an guesstimate of the cost.

Kevin is the most honest, efficient contractor I have ever worked with. Not only is he honest, his pricing is very cost effective. I met with him on 4/27 to inquire about a deck repair as we were hosting a party celebrating my daughter���s confirmation on May 9th. After speaking with Kevin he explained that the deck we had was beyond repair for safety reasons. My husband and I agreed and were quoted a very reasonable estimate from Kevin and we hired him on the spot. He and his guys began tearing down the rotting deck on Friday 5/1. They continued working all day Saturday 5/2 and to our surprise they were back out on Sunday 5/3 to complete the deck. The finished deck is incredible and we can���t wait to show it off to our friends and family on May 9th! We would hire Kevin in the future for all our home and power washing needs and highly recommend his company to anyone!

We were very happy with the snow removal services they provided. (We actually hired and PAID IN ADVANCE for snow removal services for the season, but were scammed!) He billed us monthly, and his prices were very reasonable. If we are in need of any other services his company provides, he will be the one we call.
