Great job, quick turnaround.

I was very disappointed in Pals Power Washing. Only after two years, the stair supports are cracking and breaking apart. The material used was not pressure-treated and new. The stairs on my deck are very dangerous now. The paint was used to cover and hide the terrible handiwork. Be very wary of this contractor. He will try to cheat, especially if you are female.

I was happy they came up with better ideas.

A few years ago I hired Pals to power wash my house, and the cleaning came out fine, however in the process a piece of siding on the house was damaged. It looked like an indentation from a ladder. I asked them about the break in the siding and they claimed they did not do it, and would not take responsibility for any repair. Nothing good about that one. Would not recommend.

Kevin did an amazing job. he is super reliable and affordable. He helped me out so much I cannot say enough great things about him or his business.

The project was completed as scheduled, the work is excellent. THey cleaned up all debris as promised.

Pals replaced old, rotting boards on my decks. They also refinished all 3 of my decks. There was an issue with the first day of staining with some missed boards, but Kevin sent his crew back out to fix that. Kevin pride's himself on customer satisfaction.

Veteran owned and operated, they did a great job cleaning the house, fixing broken boards in our old deck, and building out new stairs. Overall I'd recommend them for power washing and deck work. Support this local Southington, CT business, they do good work.

The work that Kevin Palladino performs is nothing short of amazing. My home is shaded by many leafy trees. As a result there is algae and moss on my roof as well as pavers. Kevin shows up and does an incredible job, making my home look great. He was just at may place last week and true to form my balconies and railings are cleaned beautifully. His price is very reasonable but more important he is very professional... his work speaks for itself. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Pal's powerwash.. if I could, I would give him more than 5 stars!😁

The project was completed in a timely manner, I asked for the deck to be power washed and stained and they did a great job. My deck looks alive and new. As an added bonus, they power washed the moldy side of my house as well as the gate that opens to my yard and they stained the gate at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend Pals for all your deck or power washing needs.

Pals Power Washing started the project on time and the quality of their work was fine. My one complaint and its a big one, is the quality of material used in the project. Had I known that the deck flooring was going to consist of wood filled with knots and holes I would have gladly paid more money to have better quality wood. I was led to believe that the material was to be number 1 pressure treated wood of good quality. Some knots would be acceptable but widespread knots and certainly no holes in the wood would not be acceptable or expected.

The project isn't finished yet; he said it would be done by July 4th. The Footings are in , so I'm sure that he will meet the deadline. He is extending the deck by 4 ft. Carol Marchand, Wolcott, Ct.

I contacted five contractors through Hole Advisor. Kevin was only one of two who responded to my inquiry. He gave a good price and promised that the deck would be completely by July 7 (a very important date when I might need the deck.) His work is really professional and he even replaced a rotten board. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.

Very quick in returning my calls and finishing the project. I was surprised by how affordable my deck refinishing and concrete cleaning was and Kevin even threw in cleaning my front walkway! Very happy with this company and how easy it was to work with Kevin.

They seemed like they were going to do a phenomenal job. Their power equipment pushed everything down off the roof around the house. The owner had to be called back to the home because they did not clean up after cleaning the roof. Chemicals damaged plants. They left an mess and the owner did not take responsibility. Customer had to clean up their outside furniture themselves. Very disappointed.

They were polite and worked good but did not clean up properly. They did not extend their efforts beyond the basic agreed upon work. I paid for additional work which I requested but never went beyond that even to ask if I wanted more done which I would have been glad to pay for. Furniture was not put back and blue tape was not removed from deck where they painted.
