+ 0 moreI've been waiting for parts for months, Ryan keeps saying they are on backorder. Now Whirlpool says nothing they can't do anything about it because he waited so long the refrigerator is no longer under warranty and nothing they can do. Nice game he played and shame on you Whirlpool for not doing anything about it.

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time. We explained the problem and he had the part that was needed. He worked efficiently and was very professional. I would most definitely call him again for any future appliance repairs.
