Guy gave a quick estimate and worked quickly with me to reduce the cost by eliminating some of the trim in the estimate as I indicated I can easily paint myself plus it didn't really need painting. Workers were prompt and left the rooms very clean and tightly tied up the trash. The house is empty so the job only took two days. I definitely will use Gagnon again.

Great. Took doors and fronts to shop to spray. Rest done in place including all trim. About 2 weeks. Kitchen is completely transformed!

Most the walls were painted in a day. The cabinet doors were removed and taken to the shop to be spray painted. The cabinet bases were painted in place. All was done in a timely fashion.

They did a great job! The bathrooms and the vestibule look great. Their men were great too. Neat, Clean, Courteous and timely! I offer my thanks to both men for the great job they did!

Excellent work performed professionally, these painters came on time and worked till the job was completed. We chose the colors and they brought the paint, they were able to move some of the larger pieces of furniture so they could paint.

Did a great job. Prompt and very polite. Painted a little more than we asked for and did not charge us extra.

The gentleman didn't respond in a timely manner, when he did call he always called at the times I told him I was NOT available to take calls due to my work schedule, he had a hard time comprehending what I needed done and at the end I realized he was not equipped to do the job.

Average experience. Ended up needing to take off work an additional morning after first full day (though painters left mid afternoon) and paid several hundred dollars more than expected.

Guy Gagnon, owner, responded to our phone call quickly. He evaluated the job and provided a reasonable price and, I asked him if he could do this job within the next ten days!!! The crew of Rick, Lee and Jose did the job 5 days ahead of time!!!! The is a crew of seasoned painters, very polite, efficient, very neat and provided all the hard labor of moving furniture. I would have them back in a minute. They should be rated AAA+++++ Mary Ann and Paul Savulis

We couldn't be happier with the results. There was a lot of work to be done including scraping off old, peeling paint. They did an excellent job, I wish we did it years ago; the results are so nice and clean.

The person who was in charge was very nice. The people he brought with him were very nice as well. I was very happy with the work they did. I know that I can rely on them.

All of this was supposed to be done while we were away. Couldn't wait to see my refinished cabinets when we walked in after a week and was shocked that the work had not been finished. Wall painting had been done and I know a dark paint against a white ceiling might be a challenge, but, come on, should not be a problem for a professional painter.Called the owner who admitted it could be better. So it was redone. As for the cabinets, "something came up." The owner was polite and responsive, but I expected perfection from a company with his reputation. Maybe we were a "small job" compared to some of the big time homes he works on (which he mentioned more than once). Eventually the cabinets were done, but sadly, after 6 months, they don't look much better. So if you are building a McMansion, you might be OK, but if you are a small job, you may be last in line and the painting crew might be grade B.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service, but it did not go well. He came out and looked at the job, but he clearly wanted to do more than remove wallpaper from the bathroom. It would have cost more than the Big Deal voucher and he could not verify if the wallpaper would remove cleanly or not, which would entail a lot more work. So we ended up not using him because he wanted to re-paint the room and do all the other work in the room, but we just wanted the wallpaper removed. I was not comfortable with him not knowing if the wallpaper would remove cleanly. On the one hand I am glad he mentioned that the walls could be damaged if the wallpaper was removed. On the other hand it seemed like there was a disconnect between what I was purchasing. It was more like he felt the Angie's List certificate was his foot in the door to purchase the entire room as opposed to what we purchased and thought we were getting. We did not want to do the entire room. He came out pretty quickly and was responsive. On one level he was professional and on another his motivations were not very professional.

He was on time, work was completed on time and the work was perfect. He instructed his crew on the proper way to install the stone. It looks wonderful today, nothing went wrong. I have recommended him to other people that are as satisfield as I am.

O.K. Did a fine job on difficult area very professional but worked very fast , was done in half the time expected. Left some easy areas not rinsed. Didn't pay that kind of money to rinse vendor work.

We are glad to see that Guy is still in business, as we continue to recommend him so highly to our family and friends.

I received a prompt call-back on my request for an estimate. This was followed up with a timely in person visit by the owner to review what needed to be done. He was very thorough in explaining my options and very honest in telling me about their workload and when he would be able to fit my house into their schedule. He was also very prompt in getting back to me with a detailed estimate. Ultimately, he was able to start a week earlier than planned which worked out well. Both the powerwashing and painting crew sent were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. Clean-up was outstanding on a daily basis. I have received many compliments on how nice my new paint job looks. Would definitely use this company again.

Went well. paid more due to difficulty removing wallpaper and damage to wall when doing it.

Jessie Reale, the worker arrived at my house on time. Mr. Gagnon called me the night before and said he could have the job done the next day. I met Jessie outside and told him I would be here while he worked and to let me know if he needed something. He washed the back of the house first and then the shed and the sides and front were last. He was here for 4 hours. He was a pleasant person and didn't ask for anything. He bought all the supplies that were needed.

Everything turned out great. I am perfectly satisfied with the job that they did. I would recommend them. The price was exactly what the estimate was.
