+ 0 moreI bought a large area rug from them from the remnants. After getting it bound and delivered there was an issue with rippling in the piece. They worked to try to resolve including taking it back to the main location for steaming/stretching. When this didn't fix the issue they worked with me to find an alternative. Great customer service and very happy with final piece.
