+ -1 moreMatt was responsive and accessible. We met at my house so I could show him where the water was coming in and he took it from there. He spotted an issue with a previous roof repair and fixed it for free in addition to finding a gap near our ice shield. No bill was sent until we had received a few heavy storms and I confirmed that the repair was successful.

Description of Work: Removed previous layers of roofing and installed new shingles, ice barrier, chimney flashing. In addition installed new gutters with leaf protection.

Description of Work: I inquired about siding repair. They explained very nicely that they do not repair wood siding. They only work with vinyl siding. They were flexible about extending their range to do my job if it was the type they work with but it wasn't.
