+ -1 moreI sued him in court and won a $1500 judgement. He swore under oath that he does not carry any bank records or property in his name for the reason that he could get sued. Consequently, he has not paid this court ordered judgement.
Description of Work: Pieter Efthimiatos was hired to excavate and pour a new driveway with a recycled milling product, recycled asphalt. We had a written contract and he asked for the payment upfront. He seemed talented and experienced enough, so I didn't question the upfront payment. Only 75% of the driveway was executed, until a garage was built. When I called two months later to have him finish his job, he refused unless I gave him $2000 more.
