flooring contractor, hardwood floor
 + 0 moreWorst experience we have ever had with a contractor. After job, they threatened to sue for remaining portion of unpaid bill.
Description of Work: Job was for installation of an engineered hardwood floor. Substantial (6 month) delay in doing job. First installation shoddy, needed to be torn up & reinstalled. Did not finish second installation, we needed to contract another contractor.

 + -1 moreVERY INFORMATIVE OF THE PRODUCTS THEY INSTALL. THEY WERE AVAILABLE AS SOON AS WE NEEDED THEM AND CAME IN AND DID A QUALITY JOB AND CLEAN-UP. THEY EVEN STAINED THE FLOOR IN AREAS THAT WERE BEING COVERED BEFORE THEIR FINAL JOB.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND MEASURED THE ROOM, SHOWED US SAMPLES OF FLOORING OPTIONS. THEY ALSO SHOWED US COLOR SAMPLES ON STAINS AVAILABLE. THEY QUOTED US COST FOR FINISHING OR WITHOUT IT.
