Work started promptly and was completed as promised. Quality is excellent and all work was done neatly and carefully. Communication was excellent throughout the project. + 1 moreNew Horizon was very professional and friendly throughout the experience. We received a clear estimate, with all the charges explained. The workers showed up when they said they would, and they finished the job in less time than I had expected. They offered to complete extra services at a very low cost (repairing the gutter) or free (power-washing the patio). They were polite and friendly, and we are very pleased with the results. The roof looks great, it has a lifetime guarantee, and the prices were lower than I had expected! I would definitely use their services again!
Description of Work: New Horizon removed all our old shingles and some damaged plywood and replaced it with new plywood and new shingles. They added a little roof above our front door, so we can be protected from rain and snow while entering the house. They also repaired a gutter and power-washed our patio.

He will not do inferior work - he does all his jobs professionally, stands behind everything he does and is usually the most competitive professional bid. He is 100% reliable and only twice did he call me explaining why he would be late from circumstances beyond his control. i am sure he will become your first choice in remodeling, painting, carpentry and related work.

+ -1 moreIt was great! They came on time. All the material and the dumpster were delivered before they started work so when they arrived everything was here. They had to replace a few spots of plywood underneath the roof and told us exactly what it would cost up front and only charged us for what we needed. They finished before the scheduled time. I would use them again anytime
Description of Work: They replaced our roof. Took everything down to the plywood and replaced with new roof shingles.
