They are always fantastic. You have to schedule with them via phone (I prefer email access), but otherwise, they are the company that did our inspection when we bought the place, and we have them service/pump it every time we need to. The woman who does the scheduling is super friendly and helpful, you don't have to be home for the pump - they just leave the receipt and later send an invoiced bill. And you get a reminder postcard with your last-serviced date each year. We'll keep coming back to them until we move away! :)

He showed up on time and was done in an hour. We hadn't had a well inspection done yet, when he noticed something odd about it. He didn't have to take the time to check it out but did and suggested that we get a well professional out to take a look at it. I am so glad we went with Talarico because of not only what they were hired to do but also noticing the well. I would definitely recommend them!

They have gone far above the call of duty for me. They were the only person in town who would help me in a very dire situation. They also do excellent work and I highly recommend them. It's a business with heart.

They were very responsive and clear upfront about any costs. They gave advice on how to handle any situations that may come up.

Overall the quality of work was good. There was good explanation of why the work was needed, options to resolve septic issues, and answers to questions. There was a range of solutions from basic, yet good quality long lasting solutions to as the less expensive to newer septic technology that was more costly. Once the work started it was done promptly and in a good manner. Work was completed in schedule. My only observation was that in the initial period after contacting the company there wasn't the best responsiveness and communication from the company in getting back to us. There was a legitimate justification with this because of a serious illness in the owner's immediate family.

Septic system on house we wanted to purchase failed inspection. Went ahead with the purchase and needed septic system up and running by 6/8/09. Talarico & Sons started the work the morning of 6/2/09. By the next afternoon, the work was finished and inspected and approved by the Health Department... and landscaped! Couldn't believe it!
