Excellent hardworking team. They arrived promptly and worked all day. They fully explained what they were doing and Dave the owner called us later to make sure all equipment was working! When they left they cleaned up and put everything back in place. Extremely pleased would highly recommend.

Dave went above and beyond! We are very pleased with his work. He installed a ductless mini split system to cool and dehumidify a basement finished room. The result is phenomenal. The price was reasonable, and Dave and the electricians conducted themselves in a prompt, professional manner. I highly recommend this hvac business, and look forward to employing them in the future.

Very good experience with DME Ductless & HVAC - they are a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, thorough evaluation of the issue, and patient to explain exactly what they recommended be done in terms that I easily understood (I am a woman in my 60s and very skeptical). Their work is done quickly and efficiently, and frankly, it almost looks like a work of art. I don’t often give five star ratings, but not only do they deserve it, I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

Dave is an experts - HVAC expert. I recently found out he is rated by Mitsubishi as a Diamond Dealer. I have engaged Dave both in Redding Connecticut and South Burlington Vermont - since 2015. Both for repairs and upgrades. I also remember - Dave did provide emergency care on one particular Storm event that was a life saver so to speak: He always provides detailed proposals, and stands by his craft. I never once paid more than the proposal stated. I wholeheartedly recommend Dave as a good person and excellent HVAC resource.

I had to have my furnace replaced due to technician’s who didn’t have a clue. Needless to say, I was cautious. I am so grateful to DME ductless! The installation of the new furnace was done this Fall. It was handled professionally and completed within the time I was told it would take. After installation I had to call a few times with some minor questions and never felt like it was a inconvenience to them to answer them. Wish I had them before the others destroyed my initial boiler. Highly recommend them if you want a job done right!
