Description of Work: The customer service was terrible! As soon as the first installment was made, I felt that my job was placed on the ‘back burner.’ When dates were scheduled, workers either never arrived or arrived several hours later. One one occasion the worker showed up unscheduled at 7am because he was a no-show the day before. To make matters worse, I only received 2 of the 3 coats of sealant promised... owner insisted that the work was done even though I was home that day. The price for the job was reasonable and I now know why! Stay clear of this company

+ -1 moreThe moving company had contracted them to fix a scratch in my floor after the move. The guy came out to look at the floor and I had wanted to have a little extra work done as well. I said I would pay the difference between whatever the moving company would pay and what it cost. I kept calling them every week and the company never came out. Finally after two months I had the moving company get in contact with the flooring company and they said they were not interested in the job. It was a really difficult experience. I wish they would have been upfront from the beginning and said they didn't want to come out but instead drug it out for months.
Description of Work: They never performed any work but I was interested in having them do a project with my floors.
