Overall the work was excellent from start to finish. From the person (Jane) I spoke to over the phone, to the person (Scott) who actually did the floor refinishing, everyone was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Scott arrived on time and finished when he said he would. He cleaned up afterward and I had very little to do, aside from taking down all of the plastic that I had put up to cover windows, curtains, cabinets, etc. The results were great. We were very pleased with the job. You really have to keep in mind that you will need to leave the house from day one. They sand the floors and put the first coat of polyeurethane on that first day. So make sure you have reservations at a nearby hotel, or have somewhere to stay while the work is being done. The polyeurethane smell is very intense.

Dilley's did a great job. They arrived when they said they would, did the job quoted and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. Teh overall job took 3 days. Teh 1st to sand the floor and put the 1st polyurethanecoat on. Additional polyurethane coats were applied on day 2 and day 3.

Over 18 years ago my friend had her hardwood floors refinished by Dilley Floors and they looked fabulous so I used them 18 years ago for the house I was moving into. They sanded down and refinished 2 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, livingroom. It came out perfect. Two years ago I had them refinish my son's hardwood floors in his home (which were painted on the outter edges and in the middle the floor had no finish and was badly discolored). Dilley Floors sanded and refinished 3 rooms and they looked like new. So now on 10/11/11 when my daugther moved out I had taken out a chimney that ran through her room. This left a hole in the floor. I had a friend install the missing hardwood to fill in the hole. I called Dilley floors to come out to sand and refinish the floor and while they were there I noticed my old swivel chair wore the finish down in an area in my livingroom so I added that to the list 2 days before they came out. They have a minimum cost to come to a home and I measured both rooms and found out it only cost me $200 more to add the livingroom so my final cost was $600. I felt the price was right, the workers were very nice. They did an excellent job! I always recommend them to my friends and no one has ever been disapponted. Everyones floors that were refinished look fabulous. The finishes I choose were satin in the livingroom and gloss in the bedroom. I am very, very happy with both rooms.

We had new addition added on to the house and used this company to move old hardwood floor from one section of the house to the other. They were on time and very pleasant to deal with.
