+ -1 moreWhen I first found out who did the job, i asked them to fix it, Joesph Sajda the owner said he was going to put a layer of stuff over the floor, AND PLACE NEW MATERIAL OVER IT, I called Conoleum and they said he can not do that, it will crack and not stick to the material, I send him a PDF from Congoleum and then he agree not to that, which proved to me either he don't care, or he don't know his business either way is BAD it took 5 days FOR HIM TO COME OUT, HE STORE IS ONLY 500 FEET FROM MY HOUSE, and it was not fixed until 28 days later BAD VERY BAD, found a rip in the material, found a 7 inch cut in the material and it was cut to short by almost 2 inches and a part was cut and stuck behind the John here are some before and after pics i was told i would get a new sub wood floor, but he lied to me, he pulled off the old material and left crap all over he sticky floor you can see it the picture and put down the new material I do not know the cost of the job since its was sub contracted out

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY DIDN'T USE TO MUCH OR NOT A LOT OF SOAP. THEY WERE VERY EXPERIENCED AT THEIR JOB. THEY EVEN PICK UP ANY MESS THEY DID MAKE.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED TWO STAIRWAYS IN THE HOME.
