Rising Star was professional, explained things well, gave choices, and did not do unnecessary work which had been promoted by prior unscrupulous vendor. They corrected incomplete and unsafe work of prior vendor at their standard reasonable pricing. Service person communicated thoughtfully on scheduling and arrival time. Service person was thorough and enjoyed doing quality work. My repeat business with them is a �no-brainer.�

The service provided by Rising Star Chimney Service was excellent because the service person was competent, thorough, thoughtful in avoiding potential conflicts between his work and the surroundings in which he was working, and he cleaned up all involved areas after his work.
