On time, professional. Good price.

Although he was a little more expensive than two other bids, I chose him because of his association with ServiceMagic and the good reviews. He was extremely professional, explained each step of the process, and gave me pointers for the future use of the fireplace area.

Nick called soon after I posted my request with Servicemaster and quickly gave me his price, which was significantly lower than other tradespeople I contacted. When an emergency prevented him from coming when originally scheduled, he called in advance to reschedule. He arrived promptly, was courteous, and thoroughly explained his procedures. His work appears to be exemplary. I highly recommend Rising Star.

Rising Star Chimney is definately a rising star company. NIck was courtious and thorough. Excellent customer service. I highly reommend Rising Star and will continue to use them in the future.

I first started out calling several �Chimney Services Companies� not only was �Rising Star� the cheapest one out there they were able to work around my schedule. Nick or �St. Nick� as some people call him :D came over and inspected the chimney. I had NO idea on what to except, since I never had/used a chimney until now. To my surprise I did NOT need a cleaning and Nick also gave me a class on what to do before lighten a fire, what type of wood to burn, how to start it (from beginning to end). I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Rising Star to friends and family. It�s not every day you find honest people /companies after all he could�ve told me I needed a cleaning and charge me and I would�ve paid it but, he didn�t he was HONEST!!!! In my book RISING STAR is a FIVE STAR Company Highly Recommend!!!

Nick responded very quickly to my e-mail, in fact he actually came out the next day to complete the work for me, as I was on a time constraint to get the work done because I am selling my house. He repaired my chimney caps and did a fantastic job and he was also very reasonable. Nick was very neat and clean and also very professional and just really kind in explaining everything to me. He did a perfect job and I would hire him again for sure.

Chris and his brother explained what they were going to do and also helped me identify a few problem areas I was concerned about. They are personable and efficient.

Chris rebuilt my chimney from the roof line up, cleaned it, and put a cap on it, and the work was top-notch and done in the time frame promised.

Overall they did a good job. It was a little hard to get a hold of Chris due to the volume of work he had.
