These young,energetic guys wasted no time in scoping out the work that needed to be done, giving me a fair estimate and starting the job immediately..they adjusted the job when it required changes of plan, quickly deciding what needed to be done differently to complete the work. They work super hard,take few breaks & are neat, cheerful,and do whatever it takes for completion

The company was very customer friendly, calling promptly and keeping me well informed. They did quality work and only performed the work that was needed to be done. None of of it was a "hard sell" and Nick provided me photos of any conditions that he found during his inspection. Very good value. I would recomend this company to family and friends.

The chimney sweep was friendly, knowledgable and thorough. He was happy to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend him to anybody.

Nick was very personable, through and clean. He also explained what he would be doing and why. Checked flu on furnace too!

I was called within an hour of my search. An appt was made on my timetable, and within 2 days. A part had to be ordered, but the was completed within 36 hrs after the first home visit. Very friendly, punctual and fantastic communications. Cleaned up when they were done, and I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend Rising Star to my friends and family!

Nick was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. He explained excatly what he was doing and why. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will certainly contact him in the future when needed.

Not having a clue about chimneys, Nick from Rising Star explained in detail everything that he was going to do when he came over. I actually learned something! :) He was on time, curteous, professional. The crown on my chimney had deteriorated and like i said, he explained everything that was going to be done and why. Completely satisfied.

Responded within minutes of my initial request on Service Magic. Arrived late that same afternoon, keeping me informed of arrival time. Inspected and cleaned chimney as requested. Thoroughly cleaned up after service. Polite, considerate, thorough. I think the charge was very reasonable.

They were very quick in their responseto my request for cleaning - Came same dayand their price was very reasonable. They did a thorough inspection and cleaning, also cleaned everything up and hauled away the soot. Only thing was I did not geta receipt. They were supposed to email one to me. I am very happy with the work done by Rising Star. Nick called me to schedule an appointment to estimate the repair on my chimney the very next day from my use of Service Magic. The 2nd company lilsted never even called. Within a few days I had my estimate done, was given a very reasonable quote, and I'd also contracted them to put a new roof on my dormer. The guys did a great job, were very considerate and clean, and finished within the time that they'd said it could be done. Chris, the owner, took me around the chimney pointing out all that was done and explained the roofing done. Great job by a great company.

Very customer oriented. Eagerly listened to our additional questions, concerns and extra work requests. Performed all work with concern for our property in mind. Worked as long as 12 hrs a day to complete project as timely as possible. Would definately consider them for future stone work.
