Ralph and Eugene are just great. They are very professional and did a great job. They also explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend them.

We had received quotes from other companies and, as luck would have it, ran into an old friend who was now an electrician. Long story short, he gave us a word of mouth referral to R and E Heating and Cooling. They are local to us and a smaller operation and we felt that keeping it local and positive word of mouth meant a lot. One of the partners had originally worked in our condo complex when they were first constructed, so was familiar with the old system and what was in place already for better evaluation of what our needs were. They were up-front and straight forward with what was needed and their recommendations were in keeping with the size of our home - no attempts to up sell or sell us more than we needed/didn't need. The quote for work was extremely reasonable and below the cost of the other 'big box' companies that provided us quotes on services needed. We ultimately did not need new lines installed and had a great Heil system installed in one day with follow up the next to install the thermostat and ensure the system was fully operational and functioning as it should. They took the time to explain the system, how the system worked, and also how the thermostat system worked, to program it, and always took the time to ensure we were happy and comfortable with the services we were being provided. They were clean, professional, and efficient and got the job done well and with great quality and attention to detail. Now I feel confident that we will have an excellent system to keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer while getting great savings on our electric bill. Also, knowing that they are local and stand behind their work and have a strong reputation makes me feel confident in recommending them for others to use for their heating and cooling needs.

They do maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning. I see them every year for both. They are a small company so they give personalized attention. They do really good work and guarantee their work.
