All of our communication with HiPoint Heating & Cooling has been very positive. Our contact person Tyler, is always courteous, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Steve and Jason have done work in our home and have been very professional, knowledgeable, and customer-friendly. They take the time to explain procedures and answer all questions. We have been extremely pleased with all of our services from HiPoint and would highly recommend them - a great company.

I called HiPoint and explained my problem and they sent a technician right out. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly assess and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company for any heating or cooling needs.

In the early hours I found out I had a hot water go bad, during that time I checked on the bad one I notice a second water heater went back for a different tenant. I called Tyler from Hipoint and he had a tech. go over and get the dimensions and get the materials and equipment and they changed both of them out. No issues at all. Everything went great. I now keep Tyler's number on speed dial.
Description of Work: I needed 2 hot water heaters changed out and Tyler from Hipoint took care of me right away.

Jake did a great job. He was on time, very friendly and laid back and took care of my issue.
Description of Work: Furnace wasn't working so I had no heat in my house in the middle of winter. Jake came out to determine the issue and found that it was a problem with the thermostat and corrected the problem.

They did a great job putting in our new system and ducts for us. We got quotes from 5 or 6 different people, but their price great and they're amazing to work with. They have outstanding customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone.

It went really well. The guy was very nice, and they did a little extra for me at no charge (tied my heating system into the same thermostat - had to buy a separate transformer to prevent grounding problems). I have allergies and they were able to outfit the system with a special filter to catch small allergens. The only issue is they didn't put a larger duct going to the lower level which has only one vent - but to be fair it wasn't in the proposal and I don't recall if I was specific about that when they did the estimate.
Description of Work: They replaced my air conditioner - it had a leak. The whole-house type of air conditioner.
