I had to move a 500 lb upright piano down a slippery hatchway into a basement, and Herb (and his friend, Rich) took care of the whole thing while ensuring the Piano's safety and composure. I was very impressed with the preparation and skill level. I hired him because of Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed, at all. A wonderful experience, overall.

+ -1 moreMr. Lindahl was prompt in communications, did a professional moving service, and had the best price. His staff was professional as well. They were prompt, clean, and pleasant to work with. Open and honest communications. He did his best to work with our schedule, and it worked out very well. We would definitely use him again, and in fact are currently in negotiations with him for another move. We would definitely recommend him, and have told him that we would be willing to be references.
Description of Work: Moved an antique grand piano and several other pieces of antique and non-antique furniture from Connecticut to Cape Cod. From there, moved ANOTHER grand piano to the original location in Connecticut.

Description of Work: Herbert Lindhal moved a piano from a private home into my home on the 2nd floor. I liked Herb. It took a little while for us to coordinate our schedules but he stayed in touch. My wife and I discussed and set a date with Herb to move the piano. Everything went very well. I was impressed with his professionalism and his care for my piano. I would use him again if we need to move it again. I will definitely be calling him in the near future to tune this piano.
