Owners Robert Fresen and Paul Russo hold S1 Licenses and have the technical expertise to ensure the job is done right. Description of Work: I had them install ductless airconditioning. The estimate I was given for the work indicated that it would take more than one day to complete, and that an additional electrical panel would need to be installed. The actual job took 4 hours and when I sent a letter with payment, I requested a refund based on the actual job, I never received a response. A friend had the exact same service one year earlier and was charged MUCH less. I also never received a $1000 rebate from CL& P. So I feel I was completely taken advantage of and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

We spoke with [member name removed] today and explained to her that we installed a different make and model of the ductless air conditioning system for her friend than the make and model she requested be installed at her home. The model she wanted installed was more expensive. Furthermore, the rebate money is offered through the State and we provided the additional service of applying for the rebate on her behalf. We explained to her that her $1000 rebate check will be forthcoming and that she must allow 90 days per State guidelines.

Description of Work: Called because I have no heat, 56 degrees and dropping, and they can't send a technician out for 5 days.
