Description of Work: I called about a roof leak. Dean called me back and sceduled an appointment for the following week. He checked the roof and did find the leak. Since he did not have a team that could work on it immediately, he put called 2 other roofers for me. Very helpful and professional.

Description of Work: Dean was very pleasant to deal with and promptly responded to my call, scheduling us foe a quote withing a few days. He arrived on-time as scheduled to give us an estimate and actually overestimated by $100 what the small project would cost. He also gave advice about the age of the roof and when we could expect to need to replaced it. Work was performed by another worker within the two week time frame given by Dean. The gentleman that completed the repairs was prompt, professional, and friendly. He replaced rubber gaskets around pipe and installed metal over rotting fascia boards. So far, so good and I would definitely consider using them again for another small or large job.

Description of Work: No services were provided, because the individual i was dealing with returned my phone calls initially to inform me of delays, then after i waited for a week or so i called about 7 times during the course of 3 days, and here it is over 1 week later and no response. IF you need a small job done, as mine was to replace the soffit vent on the front of my house..then go elsewhere, because they have no interest in doing small jobs. THUS, when i need a big roofing job done, guess what? They won't be doing it!!!

Worked entire day with short lunch breaks. Thoroughly covered unfinished areas with tarp. Friendly and polite workers. Finished in about 5 days.
Description of Work: Rip off single layer old shingles, replace some sheathing, install ice barrier, replace attic fan, replace vent stack flashing, new lead flashing around chimneys. replace with 30 yr architectural shingles.

+ -1 moreDean worked with us closely to decide what type of shingle we wanted, gave us a competitive price, and the installation was done with a minimum of disruption. They even agreed to do some minor fix-up work on some of the trim that abutted the roof. They did such a good job cleaning up that you would not have known they were there. The roof looks great.
Description of Work: We had a 30 year Landmark Woodscape shingle installed.

+ -1 moreVery well. Lowest price of 3 bids and Dean came from a reputable source. Dean was very responsive to calls and showed up on time. Said job would take 2 days but actually took only 1. Neighbors said it was the quickest roofing job they had ever seen! I wish there was some way to give an "A-" on "quality of work" as the clean-up wasn't as good as I had hoped - I'm still finding old shingles and roofing nails in my garden! However, this doesn't reflect the quality of the actual roofing job -- after a full (and wet!) fall and winter - no leaks or problems.

+ -1 moreLeak in den indicated problem with roof. Dean assessed problem as roof had no water barrier and water was backing up. He found a near perfect match of shingles and workers striped old shingles and installed necessary barrier and new shingles. After completing job, they cleaned the gutters and all debris. It was cleaned very well and the job was done well.
