replacement windows
+ -1 moreSalesman was courteous, work performed within the time specified. Good clean-up. However, one of the handles on a basement window was broken. The installers left the site with the broken handle lying on the windowsill. When I tried to get it repaired or replaced, I was told that Diversified no longer carried that line, and I had to contact the manufacturer to have one of their men come out and provide and install a new handle. I feel that a firm should service what they sell; if the product is defective, it should be their job to do the repairs; it should not be left to the customer to run around and get the job done. And, of course, to leave the site with a visibly damaged product not repaired is inexcusable.
Description of Work: Installed five windows, including a picture window and three casement windows.

+ -1 moreThe installation team was professional and completed the job as advertised. The salesman, Paul, was likewise very professional and fact-oriented. There's no nonsense or high pressure with this company, just good results. Extremely satisfied.
Description of Work: Two casement windows were replaced. The larger one was a difficult second story location.

+ -1 moreTheir service was great! They were here when they said they were going to be here and corrected a problem with one window right away. They were nice people to work with. We had very specific requests on our windows, and even the 2 custom windows were done perfectly.
Description of Work: They replaced 14 windows in our 1937 house that had the original Anderson windows in it.
