+ -1 moreWithin another 24 hours, Mr. Westbrook had repaired our laptop, eliminated many viruses, added a free and excellent antivirus application, showed us how to run it and left us with a smooth-running computer. His fee was more than reasonable. We even offered him more because he had spent so much time on this problem, but he refused and stuck with his estimate. He was friendly, polite and very professional. We recommend him highly and plan to use him whenever we have any problems with any of our computers.
Description of Work: Our laptop computer would not connect to the Internet even though it showed as connected. Also it was running very slowly and giving us a lot of trouble. Mr. Westbrook gave us an estimate of $100.00 to repair it. He came to our house in less than 24 hours from the time we called him. He worked for several hours at our house and then took our computer with him back to his workshop for further testing and repair as he needed special equipment to finish fixing it.
