Window Genie of North Connecticut

Bob at Window Genie of North CT and his team are fantastic. They do our windows - inside and out - and the windows sparkle. They also stay cleaner way longer than when I do them myself. They also install our Christmas lights. They do a fantastic job with that also. If something happens to the lights during the season, they respond and get it fixed immediately. I highly recommend then for both Christmas lights and window washing!!

Let me start out by saying if it weren't for Bob and his response and feedback it would have been one star. -Had a 12pm appointment, they called at 12:30 saying they are running behind...then show up at 1:30pm. -Windows look great but the attention to detail felt like the bare minimum and the window tracks were not cleaned out, screens still look horrible and overall a HUGE let down. Even gave them a brush and vacuum but I guess they did not get the message. -All the storm windows were put down (without being told) then the screens with it so they look like just screens...how got to 80 degrees with AC running that could have been a bigger issue since the heat could not escape. -Some storm windows do not go up now...more work for me to do...guess it is ok since I have to take all the windows out to wash the screens again. -Again, they got the second star due to the response time and understanding of Bob that this is NOT how they are supposed to operate and will be retraining his staffers. The original contact via phone was very professional. I had high hopes. This is the 1st contractor I hired after my husband passed away. 2 kids showed up, on time. It was clear they either didnt know what they were doing or didnt care. Had I not complained, they would have left the front of the house smeared with leaf litter. I then offered a broom so they could clean the mess they left on the deck. I happened to have a friend here helping me, that made sure the downspouts were also cleaned/clear. They would not have done without insistence from both of us. I hardly think 2 gallons of water would clear a full gutter/downspout. No water was run through the front downspout. I have doubts the gutters were completely cleaned. I have no way of checking. I would welcome a senior representative of the company coming to check them

Project: Clean gutters and downspouts They arrived early and actually did all the work quickly and efficiently. I did not know that they were there until I found the invoice. I'm sure that they tried to make me aware of their presence but the batteries in my doorbell had died and I never heard them. I called the office and the men were sent back. As far as I'm concerned, they did an excellent job. FYI-Add Gutter and Downspout cleaning to the Specific Project List

Max was terrific. Arrived earlier than I anticipated, took care of the plant growing in the gutter, cleaned all the gutters, and was pleasant to boot! Very positive experience.

These Professionals did all and more than we expected. 40 Windows and 7 skylights were spotless and also they cleaned the gutters. Definitely worth the money,. They were very courteous We will definitely hire them again.

Had a major issue with a two story house with full gutters. Company sent someone out immediately with a big rain storm forecast and cleaned out the gutters. Reasonable price.

Windows were streaky and whatever was used to power wash house has killed some plants.

Owner did his homework (praise Google Maps!) before sending me his bid. He came in substantially lower than his nearest competitor. They were on time, professional and polite.

The workers were extremely professional and polite. The job that they did was excellent. They spoke to me before doing the work, in order to ascertain my specific concerns. After completing the power washing, they asked me to examine the work they had done for approval/disapproval. I would definitely hire Window Genie for power washing my home again.
