Rhinoback was the most thorough company I have ever worked with for home repairs. They were responsive and proactive in communicating with us. Their staff were courteous and professional there was minimal disruption to our home and they were extremely neat considering the magnitude of the project. They were honest about work involved and timelines and were finished ahead of schedule. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Couldn't be happier with the company, its people of its services. They worked tirelessly with our insurance company to overturn an initial hail damage declination and helped to secure a full replacement settlement based on the damage to our roof. Each person who we worked with at Rhino-Back was professional, courteous, and always respectful. They did a great job of communicating each step of the insurance and roofing process. We had an assigned project manager who was on site and worked with us and made sure we were satisfied at all times. The workmanship was great as they did not cut corners and made sure the job was done right the first time. The also did a fantastic job of cleaning up multiple times to ensure our dogs would not find any stray nails or roofing materials to chew on. I would thank each person by name but there were far too many who had a part in making this a very successful project. Highly recommend.

Rhino-Back roofing was all they claimed to be. Most impressive was that all they promised was delivered.. The roofing crew showed up at 7:30AM They went to work and didn't stop until all was done. The skylights were installed and they even stained and installed the interior trim. I would highly recommend Rhino-Back Roofing from Simsbury for all your roofing needs.

Rhinos personnel arrived on schedule, performed all applicable work in a timely manner, and cleaned all surrounding areas of the house. The next day a supervisor and final clean up personnel surveyed the worked and did completed cleanup. This was a wonderful experience on upgrading my home.

I took a lot of time selecting someone to replace my roof. I am very fussy and a stickler for details. Rhino's representative, Mike, was SO thorough, SO informative, SO professional with his presentation. He BELIEVED in his product and it showed. The visual aids were tremendously helpful and taught me a lot about what should be done with a new roof and how they do it. From that point on the whole experience continued to be a positive one. The crew, lead by Luis, were the hardest workers I have ever seen. They knew their stuff!! Not one detail was overlooked, things I would never have thought of. The place looked pristine when they left. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone, hands down. I am happy to have the opportunity to sing their praises.

AMAZING. I couldn't have imagined an easier process, particularly given this was the result of an insurance claim. Mel was a miracle worker in dealing with the insurance company (bless her patience!), and everyone kept me updated throughout the entire process - whether it was insurance updates, specialty item/parts/ordering updates, to scheduling the work. The work crew was professional, efficient, and the work is outstanding. I didn't know getting compliments on a new roof was a thing until they started coming in from friends and family. The final product is beyond what I could have asked for (they also had to replace specialty skylights) and the entire process was seamless. They replaced my roof and skylines due to hail damage in th 2018 spring storm. The worked with the insurance company along with me to get everything approved. Work was done in a day very happy. They came back to fix some items. Would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Rhino-Back to do the job! We couldn't be happier with the job Rhino-Back did for us. The crew was timely and professional. They completed the house and three other structures in two and half days under awful temperature and humidity conditions. When the job was finished the site cleanup was great which I appreciate. The company has followed up to make sure we didn't have any problems or questions. Ours was an insurance job as a result of hail damage and they coordinated everything with our insurance company. As you can tell they get a five star rating from us.

The job went smoothly from start to finish. Rhino Back promised that the roof would be finished in two days, and it was done on time. They spent another day doing a complete clean-up to ensure no loose nails in the driveway or around the house. They were fabulous!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Working with Mike provided sense of confidence that the job would be done the right way. It was. Communication was superb. Mike was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. Tim, on site, was excellent with appropriate supervision of a hard working crew and did a thorough job assuring that clean up was finalized in spring after winter snows melted. If you are doing a roof and want quality and a professional approach from top to bottom, I would highly recommend Mike and his staff as your best choice.

We discovered that our roof was leaking late in the fall. Rhino-Back Roofing replaced the roof before the snow began to fly. The quality of the work was excellent. The clean-up was the best we have ever seen. We are quite pleased with the results. The entire roof was replaced except for the back porch.

Job went smoothly and was fully completed and cleaned with all debris removed in 2 days. Everyone involved, from the owner to the installation techs to the final clean-up tech and waste container people were thoughtful considerate individuals who truly cared about their workmanship. They were respectful at all times and well trained and skilled at their duties. Everything went great from start to finish. Mike presented a professional explanation of what they would do and what materials they would use. The contract was written specifically showing exactly what Mike had indicated. When the time came for our roof to be done Josh and his crew showed up on time, I was walked around our house and told how they were going to protect the siding and landscaping. Generous selection of colors and styles. Worked with OUR schedule, greatly appreciated considering our roof was leaking and causing interior damage. They also went to great lengths not to destroy our flower beds. Meticulous clean up when finished. Appreciated the follow up contact after work was completed. Highly recommend this company. I wish they hung sheetrock and did tree removal.
