My husband wanted to fix it however after seeing several videos of people getting badly hurt we decided to leave it to the professionals. Come to find out the previous owner had a spring that did not belong to the garage door. Jesse provided us with a quote and once we gave him the ok, he fixed it right away and gave a few tips to my husband to keep the garage door spring, cords and so forth up to date. Fred ans my call and was very professional and responded to all my questions . we set up a same day meeting with Jessie his garage teck specialist who not only repaired my door, but with charging reset the electronic devices on my second door. Although it only took a few minutes, there's no way I would have know how to reset it. Also before contacting Profit lift Doors I had called several competitors and had quotes up to 3 times more than Profit lift Doors., who didn't charge for an initial evaluation of which others wanted up to 130.00 $ just to come and look over my problem. I highly recommend you contact them for all you repairs!!!

I don't give 5 stars easily, but these guys deserve it. 24 hours from the initial call till resolution. Replaced the busted springs, greased and adjusted all the tracks and hinges, made a few other adjustments and provided some helpful advice. On time, reasonable cost, clean and professional. I would give them 6 stars if the app allowed it.
