From the initial estimate and until the final walkthrough, Mike is on-time, transparent, communicative, and consultative. His entire team are professionals, which makes the process less stressful. If surprises come up during the renovation, Mike clearly outlines the options and pros/cons of each. This made me feel very much in control of the project. A few weeks after the completion of the second renovation, we had a minor issue that needed to be fixed. Mike’s subcontractor came out the very next day to fix it.
