SIDING KING

Very good overall. They did the subcontracting to get electricians and plumbers rather than attempting to do that sort of work themselves. The electrician had been expected from the beginning, needing the plumber was a surprise. This was essentially several small jobs, flooring, electrical, and plumbing. As each bit of work was done I reviewed quote and desired result with the laborer that did the work, I inspected the result and asked for various bits of touch up. For example the shower stall was regrouted but the corners and intersection of wall and shower pan weren't! Once that was pointed out they scheduled immediately to come back and finish that part. As each bit of work was done they would ask myself or my wife whether it had been done as expected and to our satisfaction. This is second time I've used Siding King. Neither time was for siding. Next time I need work on the home I'll call them directly and ask if they do the work I need rather than try to find a "specialist" in my job.

Very pleased with estimate, service and follow up. We had seven business visit to inspect and quote our job. Learned something from each. Siding King was one of the last. They were lowest price and able to explain clearly why the difference in price. It was the window quality, Anderson Silver Line. Having seen the other windows we were able to decide the Silver Lines would meet our needs. Called and spoke with all references they provided and all were very positive. Paid about 1/2 up front to guarantee the contract. They ordered windows which arrived in about two weeks. Once windows arrived they asked to store them at our home until installation was scheduled. This was a bit of a surprise since it hadn't been mentioned but we had room so fine. Installation was scheduled for about two weeks after the windows were delivered to our home. They forecast two days to complete installations. I scheduled two vacation days to be home while work was done. Unfortunately was in an accident and hospitalized week the installation was scheduled. They came and did the work as promised and my wife monitored the work. She found them to be very business like and spent the entire time on site keeping busy working. After leaving hospital I went to parents home to convalesce. Finally got back to my house about two weeks after the install. I found some things weren't correct, a few gaps between windows and frame where you could see through to outside and some wrong windows installed. Some back windows had grids and no grid had been ordered for the back. Called Siding King described problems and they were back within about two weeks with correct windows and did frame adjustments to close gaps. The window grids aren't removable so they needed to order additional windows to replace the ones that had been incorrectly ordered. They didn't charge, or even suggest a charge or that I may have changed my mind. The owner Glenn who did the original walk through and estimate acknowledged right away he remembered what we had asked for and that their order was mistaken. They left the wrong windows with us to be used as replacements if any of the correct ones get broken. Overall good sales/estimate experience, work done well, punctual, clear estimates, very willing to correct errors. Ever since I've recommended them to anyone who tells me they're thinking of having work done on their home.
