The sales person was really good and the technician that installed it was really good. However, the only downside was that the alarm system went off without a break-in and when I called them, the woman said that my password was incorrect and the only way I could inquire about it was by faxing them my ID as well as my password to get them. I was really freaked out because I really thought it was a break in alarm, so I made my husband come home and he called them and got a supervisor. So the good thing about them is that you don’t have to go through an automated system and you get a live person straightaway with them, which is really good. She corrected everything in the system and was super, super helpful. The only downside was that the password was messed up in the system to begin with. It was like five or six in the morning that it was going off and I couldn’t get access to the account. Honestly, I do like them overall but I don’t understand how the password got messed up in the system because when the technician came out, he tested the system and everything was fine. I gave him the password and he used it to test then and see if everything was correct but I don’t know what happened afterwards.
Description of Work: We signed up with Protection One Inc for every three months for home security alarm system.
