No communication when workers were showing up after the initial start. French doors were left open overnight, birds and squirrels could've come in, doors downstairs that I asked to be closed to keep dust out of bedrooms were left open. Dust on most surfaces, which means I have a big cleaning job ahead. Two heavy huge contractor bags of garbage left for me to get rid of in the driveway. What if I didn't have a pick up truck? The owner sent two guys who could not understand english well, which made it difficult to explain how to close doors properly, or shut doors that should'nt have been left open. A big gouge was sanded down but is still visible. I was told I'd have to replace boards they don't make anymore. When I compained the owner made a face at my husband like wow she's bossy and laughed. I also hired him. The workers showed up without any hearing or breathing protection. My husband yelled at them and loaned them ours. After last coat found a round black stain, that no one mentioned. The price was good but the expereince was not as professional as I expected. It feels like they are trying to do as many jobs as they can as fast as they can, so details are lost.
