M&M Painting CT

I contracted M&M through College Works (sales) so did not comment on price here. Pat the owner was an engaged businessman and made it clear on day one my satisfaction was his primary concern. Pat and his crews spend 5+ days scraping, sanding, patching, priming, and two top coats. I was impressed with his attention to detail and the long hours and weekends they spent to get the job done. He consulted me several times during the project to ensure I was in agreement with some decisions. He provided test color samples which made it much easier to decide on color. His crews were careful to cover ground and cleaned up after their work every day. Pat was on site every day and worked with his crew to complete the job. His crew did find wood damage we had not been aware. The caulking on the house was done poorly and had caused water damage around some windows. I also had fascia under a gutter that had to be replaced and two other fascia boards that were bad. The house needed trim paint more than we realized. Pat assessed all the damage and then quoted me for the light carpentry and patching. we came to agree on $1000 for all the addition work which I felt was fair and his crew did an excellent job to remediate all the damaged wood. Highly recommended.
